Welcome to our new fitness series where we explore the workouts, learn the tips and tricks and showcase strong women using exercise as a healthy way of life. The Importance of Strength Training for Women Over the last decade, researchers have made extremely compelling arguments for the benefits of weight training for women and those over the age of forty. Still, the number of women who take this recommendation to heart is still quite low.

Come along to our free nutrition seminar in August and we’ll help lift the lid on those food myths out there! With so many fad diets out there it can be hard to know what really is good for you. The aim of our seminars is to complement the hard work you are doing in the gym by helping you make better choices with your diet.

These interactive seminars are designed to not only be informative but to give you healthy solutions you can implement in your everyday life. Throughout the seminar you will get to sample foods, ask questions and take home recipes the whole family can try.

Our nutrition seminars are for health club members only and are free as they are part of our 5 step success program all members receive on joining.

You may bring along friends and family if you feel they will benefit from this session, however they will also need to be booked in.

The seminar will be held on Monday 13th August @7.30pm

We are very excited to introduce the new BlueFit Swimming program to the Moss Vale community. Students are all booked in to their normal class time and they will attend their first BlueFit lesson greeted by their regular instructor. The BlueFit Swimming program consists of structured levels that progressively build swimming skills and water confidence. It is important to acknowledge that current students may have not yet learned some of the skills that are in their BlueFit Swimming lessons. During the transition we greatly appreciate your understanding that it may take time to teach these new skills.
