Book your make up swimming lessons today!
We are honouring two make up lessons in the GOswim program, per student for members who had remaining lessons with the previous management provider. These sessions need to be booked prior to 30 August 2026, but the lessons can occur after this date.
To book your make up lessons, please speak to our friendly reception staff in person upon your next visit.
Please be advised that the extended period for booking make up lessons only applies to lessons accrued with the previous management. For new make up lessons, the standard policy applies as outlined below:
- Lessons that you are unable to attend and wish to book a make up lesson for must be marked absent a minimum of 1 hour prior to the start of class time.
- The make up lesson must be booked within 14 days of marking absent.
- All make up lessons must be booked through Active World.
- If you do not notify us of your absence, no make up lessons will be offered.
- Credits will not be added for make up lessons at any time.
- Make up lessons are subject to class availability and can not be rescheduled or transferred once booked.
- If you are no longer able to attend a make up class, cancellation is appreciated to notify staff of class changes.
