Group Exercise classes are a great social way to help build your confidence and accountability while making you smile! Providing numerous benefits, including social interaction, routine and motivation.  If you love being a part of a community our classes foster a great community environment that makes you feel welcome, excited and keeps you coming back for more. 

Catering to a range of ages and abilities, we have classes ranging from strength-based through to wellness aimed at training your mind as well as the body.

  • Wellness Class
Pilates | 60 or 45 minutes

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility, and core stability. It is performed on a mat using bodyweight exercises and controlled movements to improve posture, alignment, and overall body strength. In Mat Pilates, participants follow a series of exercises that target the deep muscles of the core, including the abdominals, back, hips, and glutes. The movements are precise and controlled, emphasising breath control and proper alignment.

  • Wellness Class
Yoga | 45 minutes

Yoga combines physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and mindfulness to promote overall well-being. Physical postures are performed in a flowing and mindful manner, synchronising movement with breath. The practice emphasises balance, flexibility, strength, and body awareness. A range of styles of yoga exist, ranging from gentle and restorative to more dynamic and vigorous practices.

  • Aqua Aerobics
Aqua Aerobics | Standard

Aqua Aerobics is low-impact, high-energy workouts conducted in water. Participants perform a variety of aerobic, strength, and flexibility exercises. The water provides resistance and reduces stress on the joints, making it suitable for all levels. Benefits include improved cardiovascular health, muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Certified instructors lead the classes, which are accompanied by music for a fun and motivating experience.

  • Aqua Aerobics
Aqua Aerobics | Shallow

These Aqua Aerobic classes have all the wonderful benefits of our standard sessions but in a shallower pool area. This makes it the perfect option for those looking to try Aqua Aerobics or those still building confidence in deeper water. This is our suggested entry into Aqua Aerobics if you’ve never tried before and want a gentler entry into the classes.

Aqua Aerobics | Deep

These classes are for those who are experienced in Aqua Aerobics and are looking for a more intense workout. With the deeper water requiring constant movement, these sessions are sure to get your heart pumping while still being low-impact on joints, bones and muscles.

  • Cardio
Cardio Boxing | 45 minutes

Incorporates elements of boxing training into a high-intensity workout. It is a non-contact form of exercise that combines boxing-inspired movements with aerobic and strength training exercises. Participants engage in a variety of boxing techniques. The routines are typically set to energetic music and include intervals of cardio exercises, bodyweight exercises, and core strengthening movements.

Body Balance | 45 minutes

This mind-body class incorporates elements of yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates to improve flexibility, strength, and balance while promoting relaxation and stress reduction. This unique blend of techniques will leave you feeling serene and strong.

  • Cycle
Spin | 45 minutes

High-energy class that involves stationary cycling on specially designed bikes in a group setting. These classes offer cardiovascular benefits, lower-impact exercise, leg strength and endurance, and a full-body workout. They provide a motivating and supportive environment, often accompanied by music, for participants of all levels.

Body Sculpt | 45 minutes

This workout sculpts and strengthens the entire body with a focus on the abs, glutes and back. The perfect class for those looking to target a variety of muscle groups and to efficiently achieve your exercise goals.

Body Pump | 45 or 60 minutes

A strength-training workout that uses barbells and adjustable weights to target all major muscle groups, emphasising high repetitions and low weights for muscle endurance and toning. This class is sure to get your heart pumping and improve your endurance.

Body Blast | 60 minutes

Get energised with a full body workout designed to build strength, boost endurance and increase mobility. Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, sculpt lean muscle, or simply break a sweat, this workout delivers an efficient and motivating way to achieve your goals.

Core | 30 or 45 minutes

Exercising muscles around the core, this workout  will help create a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all the things you do, from everyday life to your favourite sports it’s the glue that holds everything together. A 30-45 minute workout with resistance tubes and weight plates, body weight
exercises like crunches, and hovers.

Body Attack | 45 minutes

Body Attack is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Challenging your limits in a good way and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

  • Functional Training
B Active Functional | 30 minutes

Experience a high-intensity session that combines cardio, strength, and functional movements that will challenge your body and ignite your metabolism. These shorter workouts will fit seamlessly into your busy schedule and are designed to maximum results in just 30 minutes.

Body Combat | 45 minutes


This exercise class lets you punch and kick your way towards your fitness goals. Not only is it a great whole-body workout for cardio fitness, but it’s also superb for releasing stress and improving your co-ordination.

  • Full-body
Circuit | 45 minutes

These workouts involve a series of exercises performed in a circuit format. Participants move through a sequence of stations or exercise stations, performing a different exercise at each station for a set amount of time or number of repetitions before moving on to the next station. The exercises can vary in nature, including cardiovascular exercises, strength training exercises, and functional movements. The class may utilise various equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, stability balls, and bodyweight exercises.

Abs, booty, thighs | 30 minutes

Sculpt, strengthen, and tone your lower body with this targeted abs, booty, and thigh workout. Designed to fire up your core while building strength and definition in your glutes and legs, this routine combines dynamic movements and controlled exercises for maximum results.

  • Full-body
B Active Teens | 30 minutes

These workouts cater specifically for youths and offer a space for younger people to exercise safely with guidance from a professional. Join a community of peers seeking to better their health and wellbeing through exercise.

Dance Fit | 30 or 60 minutes

Follow the instructor’s lead and engage in choreographed dance routines that focus on cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and rhythm. The movements are designed to elevate heart rate, burn calories, and improve overall endurance.

  • Strength
Strength Workout | 60 minutes

Classes specifically designed to improve muscular strength, endurance, and tone. These classes typically focus on resistance training exercises that target different muscle groups using various equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, or bodyweight exercises.

  • Full-body
Fit and Fabulous | 30 minutes

A low-impact class designed to boost overall fitness through a variety of full-body exercises that help strengthen muscles and support bone health. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, everyone is welcome to join.

  • Dance
Zumba | 60 minutes

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training alternating fast and slow rhythms and resistance training. Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic and motivating music.

  • Full-body
HIIT | 45 minutes

HIIT refers to High Intensity Interval Training and allows you to pair hard-hitting exercise periods with short rest breaks for a wide range of health benefits.
