Our Functional Training classes are high-intensity sessions that combines cardio, strength, and functional movements that will challenge your body and ignite your metabolism. These shorter workouts will fit seamlessly into your busy schedule and are designed to maximum results in just 30 minutes.
We also offer Functional Training equipment within our gym for those looking to workout at their own pace. Our range of equipment includes kettlebells, slam balls, medicine balls, rowers, a ski erg and much more.
