We’ve made some changes to our Group Fitness Timetable to better accommodate popular classes and in response to direct feedback from our members.
Here are some classes that have changed:
- Mondays – 4:15pm Active Teens
- Tuesdays – 12:00pm Abs and Stretch
- Tuesdays – 5:30pm Super Circuit
- Wednesdays – 9:30am Aqua Aerobics
- Wednesdays – 6:30pm Cardio Boxing
We review our timetables quarterly to ensure we have the best mix of classes for our members. If a class is not popular we may look to remove it and consider replacing it with another class. We monitor feedback and attendance to determine the best course of action so thank you for helping us create the best experience for our valued members!
