​We are excited to celebrate a familiar face in our fitness community! Duncan Wood (pictured far right) has been a dedicated member with us for the past year, regularly taking part in Spin, Body Pump, and Yoga classes. We are now thrilled to highlight his incredible transformation and inspiring journey.

For Duncan, committing to a consistent routine has been completely life changing. Over the past year, he has lost an amazing 21 kilos, but the benefits go far beyond the numbers. He now feels more capable than ever, enjoying an active lifestyle that gives him the energy and freedom to travel overseas and go on long walks with friends.

Duncan has become a highly valued and regular presence in our group classes. He recently shared his transformation photos with our team to express his gratitude, sharing that his time at the gym has truly changed his life. His story is a wonderful reminder of how investing in your physical health opens the door to new adventures and a renewed zest for life.
