Moss Vale Swimming Club held its annual presentation evening at our aquatic centre! Members and parents gathered to mark a successful season for the club which saw swimmers perform well both in-club and at carnivals across NSW.
The winner of the overall point score award for the 2021-2022 season was Minna Bowen who has consistently attended club nights all year and improved on her personal best times in all strokes. She had also competed for the club in various interclub carnivals within the region!
The runner-up was Minna’s brother Dominic Bowen who also made a continual effort throughout the season.
In third place was Victoria Cappachi. Victoria is progressing quickly through the learn-to-swim levels with BlueFit and her abilities and confidence show clearly every time that she gets into the water.
The encouragement award went to Mason Evans and Noah Roodenrys. Both boys have participated in all of the events this season and always put in a solid effort. Lydia Glover took home the Terry Troy Most Improved Award. Her strokes, skills, confidence and times have improved dramatically throughout the season.
