Christmas is coming and we have some very special Christmas themed group fitness classes coming up!
Aqua – Monday 10th December 9:30am
Seniors Gym – Thursday 13th December 12pm
Pump – Saturday 15th Dec 8:15am
During our Christmas themed classes our instructors will make sure you get into the Christmas spirit! You can also help by coming dressed in theme, don’t worry it’s not compulsory, but having fun is!
