Each summer BlueFit employ a range of working-holiday makers for a 6-month period to swim teacher for schools in term 4 then lifeguard when the pools are busy through December and January.
To gain a second-year visa, many of these staff look towards winter regional work to earn a second summer of work.
At BlueFit we’re lucky enough to have sites in regional areas. If you have a farming business or have friends or family that do, we have roughly 20 staff on the hunt for 88 days of farming work. If there’s a pool on the farm, I’m sure they will throw in swim lessons for the kids as a bonus.
