If you’ve ever stepped into a yoga session at Moss Vale Aquatic, there’s a good chance you’ve encountered the calming presence and vibrant spirit of Celine, our passionate yoga instructor. With her grounded energy and compassionate guidance, Celine creates a welcoming and nurturing space for all who join her classes.
Celine’s journey into yoga began unexpectedly. While her first class in Paris didn’t resonate, it only took a second session for her to discover the magic of the practice. From that moment on, she was hooked-practicing regularly and eventually pursuing a yoga teacher training course led by one of her favourite instructors. Her decision to teach came naturally, driven by a deep desire to share the transformative power of yoga with others.
For Celine, yoga is far more than just a physical workout-it’s a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Her classes are designed to challenge the body while soothing the mind, offering students not only strength and flexibility, but also a profound sense of peace, trust, and connection. Whether you're seeking an energising flow or a chance to unwind, Celine’s sessions provide a balance that meets you where you are.
