Michelle has been teaching Aqua for 12 months now but in the gym available for Personal training and programming and instructs Boot Camp classes.
Michelle has just recently completed her boxing course.

As part of Bluefit Swimming, you now have access to My Portal. The way to keep track your child’s levels, progress, update details and book make up lessons. If you have not received your login via email, or are having trouble logging in, please let a staff member know or email mossvale@bluefitswimming.com.au. Please update your direct debit details through the portal to ensure your enrolment continues. If you need any help with this please see reception when you are next in the centre and they will help guide you through this.

The Importance of Strength Training for Women Over the last decade, researchers have made extremely compelling arguments for the benefits of weight training for women and those over the age of forty. Still, the number of women who take this recommendation to heart is still quite low.
